Randy C. Turner, B.Sc., P.Geo
President & CEO, Director
Randy Turner is a professional geologist with over forty years of experience in Canadian and international mineral exploration, business and financing. Mr. Turner's notable career achievements include guiding Winspear Diamonds Inc. from the discovery of the Snap Lake diamond deposit in northern Canada through to its sale to De Beers Mining for C$305 million, and earlier in his career, as president of Trimin Resources Ltd. he was involved in the development and sale of the McIlvenna Bay copper/zinc deposit in Saskatchewan. Prior to his time running junior exploration companies, Mr. Turner spent 20 years with Esso Minerals Canada and AGIP Mining Ltd exploring for uranium, gold and base metals in Canada, Australia and the United States.

 
John McDonald, Ph.D., P.Geo
Director
Dr. McDonald is a geologist with more than 40 years of international experience as both a professor and mineral explorer. He was the V.P. Exploration for both Diamondex and Winspear Diamonds Inc., where he and his technical team were responsible for the discovery of the Snap Lake diamond deposit. Prior to this, he spent ten years with Esso Minerals Canada as Chief Geologist and Exploration Manager, Western Canada. Dr. McDonald was a founding Director for the Mineral Deposit Research Unit (MDRU) at the University of British Columbia.

 
Robert McLeod, M.Sc., B.Sc., P.Geo
Director
Mr. McLeod is a highly technical, creative and innovative exploration geologist. He has over seventeen years of post-graduate experience in mining and mineral exploration, working for a variety of major and junior mining companies. As an exploration geologist and project manager at Miramar's Hope Bay project, he was part of the team that discovered the Naartok deposit, as well as expanding and delineating the Boston and Doris deposits. As Vice-President Exploration for Underworld Resources, his team acquired, discovered and delineated the Golden Saddle and Arc Deposits at the White Gold Property, Yukon. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Economic Geology from the University of British Columbia (1993) and in 1998 graduated from Queens University, Masters in Geology, Mineral Exploration Program.

 
Michael R. McPhie, M.Sc., B.Sc.
Director
Michael McPhie is a senior mining executive with more than 20 years of operational and project development experience. He is currently the President & CEO of Curis Resources Ltd. He has served as Executive Vice President of Exeter Resource Corporation, President & CEO of the Mining Association of BC and as a senior policy director with Natural Resources Canada.

 
Mark Morabito, B.A., J.D.
Director
Mark Morabito is an executive with a background in corporate finance and securities law. He has over 15 years experience in public markets with a strong focus on junior mining and small business venture capital with extensive experience in capital-raising and corporate development. Mr. Morabito has raised over $90 million in public markets over the last five years. Mark is Executive Chairman of Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp and CEO of Alderon Resource Corp.

He obtained a B.A. from Simon Fraser University and completed his J.D. at the University of Western Ontario.

 
Yale R. Simpson, BASc
Director
Mr. Simpson has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geological Engineering) from the University of British Columbia with particular expertise in strategic planning and corporate communications. He is currently Chairman and Director of Exeter Resource Corporation and brings to the Company more than 30 years of experience as a senior geologist, exploration manager and chief executive officer of companies involved in exploration and development projects in Australia, Africa, Eastern Europe and Argentina.

 
J. Christopher Mitchell, P.Eng.

Mr. Mitchell has over 30 years experience in the mining industry. Currently, he is also CFO for Diamondex Resources Ltd. Previously he has served as President of First Point Minerals, Senior VP of Viceroy Resource Corp., Executive VP and CFO of Orvana Minerals Corp.,and CFO of Constellation Copper Corporation.

 
Louis G. Montpellier, LLP

Mr. Montpellier has been practising law in Vancouver, British Columbia since 1981 and since 1983 has worked exclusively in the capital markets as counsel to emerging issuers and listed public companies. During that period, Mr. Montpellier has assisted a wide range of businesses in the entire spectrum of corporate finance activities, from accessing seed capital for private companies through to IPO's and subsequent public and private financings. Mr. Montpellier also has experience in debt and project financing, acting both for lenders and borrowers, with a particular emphasis on the financing of mineral projects.

Mr. Montpellier is identified in a number of publications as one of Canada's leading mining lawyers and has a wide range of experience in the mineral exploration and development business.

 
David Pawliuk, B.Sc., P.Geo
Vice President - Exploration
Mr. Pawliuk holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Edmonton, Alberta. He has over 30 years experience in Canadian and international mineral exploration and is a registered Professional Geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and is a Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists in Alberta.
